imei changed on c62

hi

I ve a big problem with my phone, because i went on tuesday to shop to unlock it (i live in london). I went this morning to take it back, but the guy told me it doesn't work, i don't know...

But ths stuff is my imei number is now something very stange 099999-00-123456..., so i think the guy done a mistake when he tried to unlock it. I talked with the guy from the shop, and he accept to let me his cable and his stuff.

I think i have to flash the memory with freia, am i right?

thanks a lot for your help, i don't want to change my phone, and it was working very well untill i bring it to this shop.

Hi!

It was phone service or something like "phone service". This guy must be good, u gave him working phone and you take it back damaged... It's wird but never mind. Hmm I think u should lock the phone and unlock another time and then use "original IMEI" opinion in FREIA.

Greetings

What Kind of professional??? He lets you his cable and his stuff??? How many phones he unlocks in a day?? He damage your phone and he think that you could repair it? OR think that you will completely kill the phone and then decline all responsability.

See to belive

hehe ... see the real situation... this man was absolutely not professional...

What th most possibly happend:

this guy get some free flashes and flasher from internet, and the phone should be v25 or upper... and he flashed the phone (downgrade) and read unlock codes with another free soft by Zulea, than tried to flash back the phone higher version and the phone imei changed to 000000-12-123456 or somthing like that....

I can only see here an absolute beginner who not buy proffesional hardwares, not even one griffin log to repair this phone.... so... next time take a care where u bring your phone...

hi

I know now, but how do the difference between a good one or a bad? If you know a good adress in london where someone could repair it, because i will try but i'm not sure i will repair it.

When i saw the imei had change, i asked him about the imei. And he told me it's impossible to do this... I think two things about his guy, he killed my phone to i buy one in his shop, or he is the worst i could found in london.

Yes bad luck. Even if I damage a phone (I killed my fisrt A60), I will replace with another or better (I gave him an A65), but take no responsability and give to the client my cables. Of course he is no professional, this is a game for him and just give you his toys, how can I give my work's tools?.

Sorry I don't know any unlocker in London. Maybe in Spain .

Regards
