can anyone please tell me who manufactures cl75 is it siemens or someone else like philips(sf65) and what program is available to unlock it as martech doesn`t yet support it

If it's the same as c75,m75,cx75 then you can use midlet from chaos and papuasutils to unlock your phone

CL75 is not siemens, is not, benq, is not philips...
The creator of CL75 are Quanta (they normally make computers, they are the company envolved in the project of the laptop of U$S100 for students)

I know that JAF box got an online calculator, but not solution inside of the box. search in the forum, there's a post to solicitate the codes (JAF users got habilitated 6 codes of this model per 2 months, if they don't use it they lost it, then people is sharing their extra credits for free before due-date)
ask for your code and be patient, i had unlocked mine on this way.

Once again, it's not Panasonic, is Quanta. Quanta had worked with Panasonic in the past, with the A10x, X300, GD5x, etc; and had worked with siemens when they made ST50/55/60.
If you have any dowt download the complete manual from internet (here you have a link for it in portuguese) http://www.benqmobile.com/repository...18882/CL75.pdf
In page 61 it saids in portuguese:
"quanta computer Inc had declared that the model CL75 conforms the solicitations determinated by the law 1999/5/UE"
It's a law here from brazil, about the risk of exlotion of the battery and other stuff, all about safety, and the responsable is the creator of the model. That's why the declaration was made by quanta and not by Benq/siemens.
You can search internet about it, most of the pages with that info are in german.
