found this strange description:

Model: Siemens ST60

- Remove Sim Card
- Enter the code below 11 times:
**00012*00000000#
- Ignore 'Code Error' messages

worked for me, strange but working

tried before with quantum, not working for me, maybe wrong sw
and this typing till fingers bleeding is ok, hmmm.
