when trying to unlock one from amena gsm spain an error ocurred now phone os death i need to revive it and cannot get the same phone for reading flash so i need a full flash or readout for TH4 KT18DK00 for vygis or any way of repairing it

it doesnt matter if it gets permanently locked

As if the original stuff could help.
A good backup is a full backup, made twice or more.

i have use Vygis Alcatel SW from begining / long time before to be a bestseller on GSM market / and never have a problems ... ONLY one time with *** - dead when LP change - so what was a problem is not important - there can be bad cable, read-write errors ect... BUT there is difference between CLONED/CRACKED solution and original from autor - Vygis help me to revive phone / full flash rebuild from important HW data / ... so next time be carrefull with cracked or better buy not cloned Alcatel tool if you plane to use it - alltime you can hope to support from autor!

You're absolutely right!
There's nothing like good support and you have experienced it yourself.
However, if you know what you're doing it's unlikely you can screw things up!
Anyway, backup is the first thing that should be done, either with supported or unsupported/cracked version.

thatswaht everyone saying keep original and do someting bettter. thanks all dont use clone products.

I always use clone products for home needs and always make BACKUP !!!

PS - i don't see any difference between cracked and original ... only the support!
