BH4 imposible to UNLOCK !!! - GSM-Forum

i have this phone BH41I-1AANES1
BH4 - ALCATEL

and is impossible to unlock,, i hace polar ,, with the right cable with 9v battery ,,, and polar can´t detect the phono,,,

I try with other cable similar,, other 9v battery, and the same things, can´t detect the phono,,,

The battery on phono is Full,, the phono is turn OFF, everything is OK,, and the contacts are clean ...

i try with polar, Vygin, Heinrich,, nobody detect the phone,, i try in my pc and a laptop too...

Nothing

What can i do ??

Have you ever connected another phone sucessfully with that cable?

If the cable is good, try on other PC ... I have this problem many times!

Hmm... Can be hardware malfunction then.

As a last resort, try to remove and reinsert the battery, then QUICKLY connect the cable and try to read the phone with your software.

i try with other 9v battery,, direct 9v alimentation,,, turn on and off the phone,, and nothing

all that happend is that when your click to conect the phone turn ON

Usually if the phone turns on at connection, the cable is not inserted firmly... Maybe the cable socket is deeper than your cable connector?

The same problem ... try on other PC! Use another software too!

PS - have you installed some Bluetooth or IR stuff to your PC ?

i also hav the same problem... using vygis ans even all the softwares in the usr.. but cant connect to the fone...vygis says that fone not respond..what shud i do
