well, you using battery or no?

You mean when you press "Calibrate Box" , software will disappear yes?

One little problem : cables are made with curve fingers

and one from two cables not working

lol ... old time is gone .. UST is totally different from other products

we made our cables in factory with machines

Please try installing in another pc, and let us know.

yester day i removed the drrivers and installeed again and followed the instructions to restart the pc and installed the drivers again then it start working but if the software is loading
during this if i do some thing the software loading it disapears why and with five trys it works only ne or maximumly two times why

Dear friend make sure when your UST is running pls do not open or don't do any other activity on your computer, mine had similar problem but flashed 3pcs of X480 successfully, in my knowledge this is the best software for SAMSUNG Try it.
