check if is water damage
if not rehot neptune and power ic
check with ohmmeter resistance between sim pins ang gnd
post result

is not soft problem
is a recurent failure in this model
i check all in the scheme
aparently it's all ok but still have the INSERT SIM on the screen
i have 4 v3 in this condition

V3 has sim card protection diodes also some under metal cover use service manual to find and simply remove them.

V3 will work.

i have solved this problem my v3 was water damige and my fault was clear when i remove protection resistor undr metal cover.
