LG B2000 can't make calls but can receive - GSM-Forum

Hello mates. I have an LG B2000 which can receieve incoming calls but cannot make outgoing calls. I have gone to the settings like call barring and i found that no call barrings were activated. Anybody with solution plzz...I need help.

try with 2945#*# ,factory reset.otherwise flashing with good flash file v103
