Cool

you must comfirm that your phone is sw or hw problem, if hw problem then you can't flash it with andromenda, after you change the I/C than your phone should be ok.
Power I/C: 02CJH8T/PTWL2207A.

Hi Brittnee,
Hi Brittnee,

Dead Alcatel BE1 can be revived by using Zulea's Service Software, such as v11.8, 12.3 or the special version for 16D's, eventhough they are primarily intended for unlocking...

Their are cases also of dead alcatel BE1 which is caused by wrong flashing...Mihnea's Repairer is very good for this..

But since your phone doesn't respond with Andromeda, (assuming you got good batteries)...I presumed you got a hardware problem..Check the two fusible resistors, sometimes colored blue at lower left portion of the board at board's battery terminal side, this usually get "open".

If it is intact.. I'll go with acyl2000 the IC PTWL2207A might be defective.....If you can't locate the said resistor mail me.

Regards,
neb
