I have problem with 2 Alcatel DB. Don´t turn on. Don´t charge. NONE. Please, I need Service Manual for this phone or help for solve this problem. Very thanks.

Alcatel dead. Not recogniza by none program. It,s a hardware fail. But what????

For me if the Unit Detected on my computer I repair it within 30 seconds.. if you are interested just mail me privately

That power reg has damage so it won't recogniza any program, so try to fix and replace it
