Thx for reply

Hi Bourri!

Thanks for the information, but:

1. I have some cable like Alc715... It has an external power supply. I connect 9V battery, and all O.K. Working whit Alcatel 715! So, it's not problem!
2. I have a 565 cable whitout external power, and the cable not working whit vygis Alcatel software! When I try to connect the phone, the prog go to 12% and I have an error message: Phone not respond! The battery fully charged in the phone! Why? I tried to make my own cable, I chenged the head 715 and 565 whit correct RX TX GND but not working! What can I do??

Thanks for the help!

Bye!

I solved the problem

Hi!

I solved the problem whit 715 cable... I create a changeable heads external power connector cable, and it's work perfectly! Thanks to all who helped for me!

But I have a question: Sharp GX30 cable... Maybe can I do same cable? I mean, I create a head for Sharp GX30! Cause 715 cable has external power, and GX30 has too. Is it working procedure?? What do you mean??

Thank's

Bye!
