box ports problem - GSM-Forum

I got a problem with my box 2day.
Now the fron leds never lights....
trying to flash x700 phone , program starts as usual, but nothing happens

power on phone...
Timeout...
leds on front of box always off.
chose another phone and NO LIGHT on box.
checked ports in system and they r detected as 4 and 5...no other program uses these ports...
what could be the error?

in X700 there will be no light before detection.
make sure you are using correct cable for x700 (D500 one)

yes u right..
phone detected...but phone not flashing

I don´t know...program detects phone and nothing happens more

am using d500 cable.

phone is new and working well, am just trying to change language.

tried with / without batteri

no leds even after phone is detected.

box works well with other phones...tested d500 and x480 Ok
