Exclamation Alcatel BE1 hardware problem ... solution !!!

Hi All ..

i have a common problem with the alcatel BE1 phones.

first, the phone might get dead sure with one of two reasons.. one of them is hardware and the other is software.
the software problem is easy to solve . (just flash the phone with the correct flash).
the hardware problem is strange sometimes .. anyway about 70% of the hardware problem is from one reason which i want to know more info about it.

i will give you all my informations about this problem :
i can know if the phone is dead due to this hardware problem by using the AVO meter.
when i measure the resestance between the most righet and the most left pin in the battery connector as following ..

(anntenna is up)

(- Black Avo Connector)---| |||| |---(+ Red AVO connector)
battery connector
i get two measures :
1. about 5 K ohm and in this case the phone is dead due to a software or any other hardware problem.
2. about 500 ohm in this case the phone dead due to this problem which is the most hardware problem i think (in this case the phone will not be read with any alcatel software such as Andromeda service software).
i try to solve this problem by short circuit pin 2-3 in the IC (01D9RET-PTWL2207A) after this phone come to live again ... but sometimes it might get off and this is my peoblem ...

can any body help me to really solve this problem ????? !!!

and thanx for help
Meshoz

Hello People There

Lots of People Have Trouble in BE1 (DB) Repairing...

May b this will help u...

Db dead is a commonly software problem and some times hardware too...

Lets we check how we come to know weather it is hardware or software problem...

I m sure that u have Alcatel Cable for unlock which is common for all alcatel work like flash, unlock, repair etc... if dont have cable then visit "http://www.gsmhacking.com..." . u will find 100% working cable there

First of all connect mobile with Andromeda's Alcatel software for BE1... ver 4.8 or 5.9... Connect it with cable and Battrey must b full charge... If phone detected by software then it is software problem... U'll repair all ver till 16c by Andromeda 5.9... if ver is higher then it then tell me i'll give another soft...

If phone desent detects by andromeda soft then u have to open the phone...
Check the voltages at Main Connector which connect MAin board with Display Board... U can check voltages by multimeter by connecting main board only with Batrey... The voltages r near around 4 and 2.7 V... Check the Pin 1 to 10.. u will found voltages in some of this pins... If voltages not comes then Check the fuse at Positive Point of main board to battrey contact... It seems like Resister (Blue Or Black)... check the continuty.. it must b short.. And then check again the voltages.. if the problem only bcos of fuse then voltages arrives... and again connect it with Andromeda and phone will... This is all for Software problem...

For hardware problem the only two things r responsible... Power IC and 13MHz crystel... If the voltages doesnt comes at main connector (between pin 1 to 10 must b 4V) then the power IC problem and for that u must have to change the Power IC... If voltages r over then 4V (near 6V) then u have to change power IC againg... And if VOltages r 4V and even not able to detect through Andromeda's software then there is problem in 13 MHz... Change it...

There is Lots of reason for any mobile for dead... Some time we checked it without opening by checking Battrey connector and then short Pin no 2 and 3 to get it alive (As Meshoz write here)... but it not works always... The proper way repairing always giving good results...It also Dead bcos of Some time Dry solder.. some time Shorting.. This all things r not common fault... The common thing which I explain earliear... Hope this much lenngthy msg will help to come over this fault...

Good Luck...
