does this release actually work, cos when trying to do a d500 onl last version, it wouldnt allow me to tick any boxes or press any buttons

What do you think? What do other tools do? Just copy and paste... There is no point in samsung development.

very good answer, there was very good samsung tools available for a long time now, and they have been free, eg, sunday unlocking software, winimei and optiflash,

these tools have effectivley killed the samsung market, i currently use ns-dongle, i havnt tried usb-smart samsung tool yet, but i find it hard to get custom because sunday unlockers ruined my buiness with free solutions.

the onlt busines i can make is when sunday unlockers destroy a phone and then it comes to me for repairs

Well theres 1 simple answer dont buy it if you dont want it some people like it if you only need 1 tool for a broad spectrum of phones. And to be honest it a good all round cheap dongle fair enough Samsung tools have been around for a while and ther are plenty of free products on the net. But i dont mind paying for this update because of the Support and all the files you get access to buy time you have done a couple of phones you are in profit.

WAW - did you read our posts presenting Samsung ???
We anounced at first only unlock for samsung tool but allready added
qualcomm... Every update will be more and more improoved.
One more thing since I have read all your posts in USB-SMART sections:
Please go and help those you support... No need to spit on this tool.

What is your problem man ???
Not every one has time to search over the net every day...
For some people 35 euro for a Samsung tool is not such problem and
mutch easy to use it when they need it.

Nice words mate - and just to add, for the cost of this update you are also getting access to support area which on it's own would cost you double your investment from some other people!

Also, it is always best to have a backup solution because you never know when you may get problems!

But I reckon it's the dog bóllócks
