Hello,

Somebody please advise me on how to get access to Samsung and Motorola support of USB-Smart.

My USB-Smart is already updated properly.

Please advise.

MAN

use the UsbsmartMaintenance_v20 when u read dongle info it should show the support status

MOTOROLA =ACTIVE
SAMSUNG =ACTIVE

like this if there is than than GO SUPPORT MOTO and GO SUPPORT SAMSUNG must be highlited just press them n done

Hello,when i use the UsbsmartMaintenance_v20 tool,this is what i get.

Dongle base type: USB-SMART
Smartcard UPDATED
SAMSUNG feature NOT ACTIVE
MOTOROLA feature NOT ACTIVE

Please advise.

simple

if u need activations u need to spend som money which i think worth u can contact any reseller listed on USB-SMART.NET or else contact me

you need version 2.1 of maintenence tool

Yes u need to update your dongle first then make the activation files for motorola and samsung.

After that u have to send for activation.

If u in pakistan u can contact me for activations.
