Try check all resistors in power area.
If you have software problem, use SW Alcatel repairer.
You can't read phones with any sw ??
hai friend
follow these steps
1 first find whether its a hardware or software problem....if the resistance between the positive and negative terminals is less than 1000ohms its hardware complaint...you have to replace power ic....if you dont have power ic with you, you can try shorting pin number 2 and 3 of power ic...the phone will be ok....
2 if its a software problem use be1srv12.3to cure your phone...90%phone will be cured..
3 if not cured the best software is andromeda5.9..try the user default option in it..if not cured you have to flash the phone using andromeda with correct version...
best of luck and please inform me about the result..
thanking all zfrank friends
sidhartha harish
harish@net-city.com

Dead Alcatels

All dead alcatel wit hardware problem, usually PTW IC (Powerchip).

First try and short pin 2 and 3 if this not work - replace - Works most of the time!
