if you are using USB cable:
go to START/SETTINGS/CONTROL PANEL/PHONE AND MODEM OPTIONS

double click on MODEM OPTIONS
click on MODEMS.
in that tab you have all instaled modems.
you must REMOVE all SAMSUNG CDMA #2, #3, #.... from there and all MOTOROLA MODEM #1, #2, #.....
unplug the SAMSUNG phone from usb cable and plug it again.
windows will ask for drivers.
instal the drivers.
after that go to MY COMPUTER, right click on it, PROPERTIES/HARDWARE/DEVICE MANAGER.
here go to MODEMS and there you will see SAMSUNG CDMA as modem.
double click on it, select second tab MODEM and you will see the come port where the phone is instaled.
select it on the software and enjoy.

First - use USB cable
Seccond - AFTER you connect phone to cable and computer you'll see a new
port detected by Samsung program. Select this new port and make your job
