help with logomanager!!!! - GSM-Forum

i cant send my customized logo to my fone. it ried snding it through SMS, it can be shown but when i save it, still the original operator logo appears. to top that, when i try to download the logo from the fone, IT CAN BE SHOWN ON THE LOGOMANAGER!!!!

NEED HELP!!!!

Yes it is a common problem.
Do a reset to your phone with wintesla.
After that send or load logo you want, don't forget to put the corect logo operator you belong.

Did you configure the proper network operator (Tools-Options-Service Provider; is Autodetect selected?)? For example, a 7110 can store four or five operator logos for different network operators. If Operator1 is selected but the SIM is from Operator2 the logo is not displayed until you put in a Operator1 SIM.
