Converting tones

2 things I want to ask the forum.

1. Can anyone point me in the direction of some PC software to convert MP3 to any format playable as ringtone in Nokia 6201 or 6230? These phones do not support MP3 but I can install .mid files as ringtone.

2. On the 6230 there is a ringtone called LOW supplied by Nokia. Can anyone tell me how to get it from the 6230 to the 6201 or alternatively tell me where to find it? I found one on a web site but it is a different version.

I connect both phones via bluetooth to a PC ( not together!) and can install files and synchronise successfully.

I cannot see the "system" files like the standard supplied ringtones - question 3 is "How can I see the standard files?"
