I have searched the net and found no solution for that sanyo v801SA, so i just inform the customer about that and that he will have to set it again to english everytime he turns on the phone.

i put in vodafone sim and it stays english when you turn on the phone; however, i cant figure out why the language reverts back to japanese with non-voda sims.
