Wav to MIDI - or Midi file (Metal Gear codec)

Hello everyone Im new here

Okay My Nokia only supports MIDI files. I cant' upload this wav to my phone because my phone sucks and I dont have money for a new phone. I would love to have this ringtone because it's always been my dream to have it.

I found the wav for the Metal Gear solid Codec tone and It's awesome but i can't upload it . I tried converting it but i can't do it, i dont know how to because i suck.

if someone could please help me, convert it to MIDI, or find a Midi that sounds this great (i found one but it sucks and it only rings once and not twice).

any help would be gladly appreciated thanks
