look for anming mp3 to ringtone.it si been posted in the forum.if you cant find it.post again.that is what you need it will do the job for you rip,compress,convert

u can convert it with the help of Mp3 to ring tone gold softwware in which there is obption....this software possess all the mobile uploaders...get it from them.....
this sw can convert half size of full mp3 but the quality of sound is always renders while u c0nverting by any mean.....ok
what next problem u have?

Changing a high biterate MP3 to a lower bitrate will reduce the file size from 128Kbps to 36Kbps.
Simply right click on the MP3, select "Convert to MP3"! As easy as 1, 2, 3
Product Requirements:
Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP
* Pentium 90MHZ or better
* 16MB RAM
* 7MB HDD space
very usefull for mobiles phones try and you will see
1) Unpack

If you compress MP3 the quality will decrease. You can download SOund Forge. load the mp3 and while saving choose a lower bit rate.
