My Sim Is Prepaid And I've Been Using It For 4-5 Years Already And I Don't Want To Replace It, The Mobile Operator Is Saying They Can't Retrieve The Puk Number For My Sim... Is There Anyway I Can Unlock This Without Going To A Shop? Please Help!!!!! :d

If you are the card owner they should give you that !

if you are on tmobile they prolly wont give it to you because it is prepaid and they cant verify that you are the card owner because alot of times when prepaid is set up they dont enter all of your info (name, addy, last four of ss# etc)
if it is tmobile tell the cs rep that you lost the sim card and ask if they will put a note on your account to get a free sim at a tmobile store

i am a tmobile sales rep and we give free sim cards all the time
