Blackberry 7230 error 365 need help

I have a Blackberry 7230 that after power on it desplays """device error :365 """ ""Reset""? Anyone have solution about this problem

Change the phone powersource if u allways get this message. Also check if left/right side of keyboard becaimes hot in 10min. If so pb is from other ic that must be replaced.

bad hardware...you prob cant even reflash cause the device wont be seen.

I also have the same problem with bb6230 it shows error 507 pls wha do i do it also shows a tape recorder singn and a cancelled circle then at the bottom it shows 507.needs help
