Its my first time to use FG on a new PC from the PC world and this is what i get during direct unlocking or reading codes of Alcatel VLE 5:

Press power on !
Starting communication ...
Authorisation passed ...
Sending boot ...
Sending EBOLA ViruS !
Error ... !
Time needed - 00:00:08

Funny the phone got unlocked and could not make a call, but after factory reset all is fine. Any one experienced this?

If you got this and phone was unlcoekd then more then sure phone was allready unlocked. Regarding error be sure you have dongle updated with latest FW VERSION and also be sure Alcatel VLE5 version is 1.0.0.263.

I got the same error. First i tried direct unlock, but the phone was still locked even when software said phone unlocked, then i try to read the codes and got virus error. And i am 100% sure that i was the first to unlock this phone. I was forced to use other tools to unlock it. I am getting one more of these phones this evening, i will try read codes first this time and post the result.

i had the same error using latest exe with e259x. i tried reading codes and direct unlock i tried different cables but no luck, tried for a whole day. i finally got phone unlocked by reading codes using another tool.

I tested a second one, after i click DO JOB i got this error.

Something is definitely wrong.

Yes...Finally got an e259 and seems is a bug on authorisation system. Fix is done allready so tommrow who want to test can contact me on yahoo or can wait till this week end update !
