my furious gold has some problem

trying to unlock nec 343i on furious gold box please tell me what to do here my furious box com port is 21 but when i select com21 from the selection still cant open port all divers a fine and ok
i also tried through com port but still no connection
please check screen shot

Check USE FTDI. Also be sure that port not opened allready by other sw.

i have a similar problem...i check FTDI..but same same error message pops up...

Then means the port is allready opened by other application. Also try move port to lower value as 3 or 4.
