that for panasonic or BenQ?
For Panasonic some time reset can do that..
but this 2phone after reset still same...
Reset can do if the phone can go to insert sim card.. but after about 10seconds, the phone will hang.. we can use master reset code..
but when insert sim card n phone not hang about 10 second.. that can not be solve with master reset code...

in this case i want to ask about 2nd case.. phone go insert sim card.. n not hang... (can't solve just with master reset code) will this solve with Infinity..??

Jon, i already solved several x300 phones with this problem. If "reset setting" with Infinity not working then you need to full flash the phone and it surely cure the phone. Tested by me.

You can flash M315 with InfinityBox (Firmware/LanguagePack/Flex). Also repair eeprom files exist in support area for repair damaged phones.
