Need help unlocking BB 7230 - GSM-Forum

When i press read codes on a blackberry 7130g i get

BBPIN: 2042FFBC
Detected: RIM 7100 Series Colour GPRS Handheld
Platform version: 1.0.26
Invalid device reply during unlock codes request.
Time needed - 00:00:00

Does anyone know what this means?

I means it prob isnt supported yet like the 7130c
try firmware upgrade.
Otherwise Daniel will need said phone to be able to add it I'll presume

Is this right then? if i flash this phone will i be able to unlock it?

u can try it but i dont know. it might not be supported yet

I really don't want to flash the customers phone if they is no need to tho

If is CDMA model then is not supported. Otherwise call FedEx and ask them to send it.

I beleive its t-mobiles offering to cingular's 7130c
Neither are supported yet as best I can tell.
