please help unlock konka EC001, 900/1800/1900 mhz, only charging connector outside, behind battery contacts for rx,tx,gnd.

he mr fixit when i put my sim crd in the Konka EC001 it asks for the np code, what does that mean? is the phone locked and what is NP code?
