Motorola V3 Keypad

Phone has not been flashed etc. One day it kept on dialling 2 all the time continuously. So i turned it off and whe ni turn it back on it is still dial 2 al lthe time. I cannot enter Pin.

I suspect that the 2 on the keypad may be jammed? What do i use to lubricate it, or fix this problem?

Thanks.

its usually a flex cable problem. i've seen it caused by moisture in the keypad flex cable or the upper lcd flex cable. try replacing the upper lcd flex cable that has the earpiece speaker built in on it first, if that doesn't solve it, then replace the keypad flex cable. Every phone i've seen is usually one of the flex cables needing to be replaced.
