v975 Blank Screen - GSM-Forum

Hi

I have a Motorola v975. When I went to charge it yesterday the screen started flashing white on and off. I took out the battery as it was not responding, and put it on charge, now the screen no longer works.

I can turn the phone on and I here all the right noises but no screen.

Can anybody help? Is this a problem I can fix with software or is it a hardware problem. I have not dropped the phone or caused it any stress and it is relatively new, about 6 months old.
