Moto PEBL Dead Keypad - GSM-Forum

There is a problem with my phone. I bought it around a week ago. everything was working fine then today. The key pad doesn't work, expect the "end call" key. I can recieve calls and also make calls with the Motorola Phone Tool.

Also, Is there a way to Master Reset the phone without going in the menu because I don't have the option to do that.

check your sidekeys .. , see if there is 1 button thats stuck down permently
