Just solved my problem now!!!
SOLUTION:
Normally phone was boot 8.26 and software version 374_G_0E.42.10R_A and i downgraded to boot 7.0E and after flashing with 374_G_0E[1].40.9CR_LP002C_Full_Flash.smf, the phone powers without the inner lcd displaying though the outer one displays but without backlight, so i now flashed with this file 374_G_0E[1].42.07R_A_lp0021_full_flash.smf and the phone just came on well.
Enjoy
