Erase Bootloader? V191 - GSM-Forum

How can i erase my bootloader?
I have a v191, and i'm not finding a way to unlock it, so i'm gonna erase all softwares inside and send it to the authorized service. And they will give me back an unlocked phone.
But i need to erase de boot mode, it keeps showing up.
Anyone could help me?
