3100 contact service - GSM-Forum

hai to all members

i have a 3100 cantact service problem. i have flashed with to different ver of flash files ie: mcu ver 5.91 ppm ver is 6.1 after flashing done uisettings after that i switched to normal mode phone shows insert sim card till now every this is ok but when i remove cable from phone & put the battery when i switched on the phone it shows contact service

if any one have the sol pls let me know thx in adv

If you have a newer version try it, but if no any reaction maybe you need to change UEM.....

Hi Mate
Just Follow following Steps...in Contact Service..

1) Erase Full Flash
2) Write Latest Flash Files from Support Site..
3) Write PM..
4) Write 128 K CNT File (The Main Step in Contact Service)
5) UI Settings..

Try and do Reply me...Tested by me on 32 Pieces of 3100/3120
