Enabling Java App. Access to Messaging (WMAPI)?

Hi,

I have a Java application that accesses WMAPI to send out SMS. However, my new phone Nokia 6030 (from Cingular, USA) does not allow the application to access 'messaging'. The same application works on another Nokia 6030 from India.

In the Games/App folder, when the application is highlighted and the following menu options are followed... Options > App. Access > Communication > Messaging > "not allowed" is highlighed. The other choices cannot be selected.

Any help on how I can chance the "application access to messaging" on my phone will be appreciated.
