Some of them can unlock other bands too...
I am thinking of buying some but...

OTUF.... excellent box.

Vygis box is very good. It can unlock almost all alcatel phones except new E801, hope this will be updated in near future.

I wouldn't agree that OTUF doesen't support american versions...
Only OTUF can get C551/C552/ELLE into boot and direct unlock them.
