Zv40
hello
i've tryed to unlock ZV40 but always same error installed drivers correctly modem com port ok with sim and without sim inside removed all modem reinstalled drivers restarted computer tryed on one desktop and on laptop but the same pls how to solve problem thank's BR |

Hi,
Should be works ok! Do you have other cable for test ? Test that the sim inside of the phone is blocked for this phone. Try and post results! Regards. |

can you tell more plz, because normally it should work in normal mode, on your screen you had selected Z540 ?

yes put the zv40 on flash mode ''9+power'' the choose flash mode Z540 choose the com modem of your samsung the do start that's all
