Z650i procedure of unlocking ??? - GSM-Forum

i used cable RJ45 + USB, i inserted no accepted simcard inside, phone is detected (com11), but can not connect in normal mode or service mode selectionned, where is the mistake ??? i have to put phone on "downloading mode" or i miss anything, i can unlock others models in few seconds very good tool

Please check that SAMSUMG CDMA MODEM is well installed in Device MANAGER without any extension like #2, #3 and so on, please kindly uninstall phone drivers remove all your samsung CDMA modems installed, even hidden devices and reinstall again, try and let me know.

no way, i cleaned all samsung cdma modem kindly , phone now is on com5.

I have phone on hand.

Finally, i managed to unlock it, but with an other method and other interface, not with cable rj45 + usb :

Phone info:

Phone Model: Z650
Revision: Z650AGFJ5
IMEI: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Data successfully readed
Connected to server

Unlock codes:
-------------

Power on the phone WITH some locked simcard inside.
When phone says "Wrong SIM" enter the following code(s):

**46473031#

Warning! Phone gives no confirmation of successful code entering. The order of entered codes is VERY important.

Disconnected from server

have you connected COM Port and USB Cable (both together) to the computer ?
