this phone looks as Z560 at design, have you tryed with EUB ? by selecting any model

I receive my dongle without cables. Do I have any chance to get it after with your team ?
I also want to register but I see that the interface page is not in Emglish even if you switch to english option.

just got one of these , have registered on site but wont let me in to support etc. have tried email contact with no response . is there anyone out there ! also can find no info on how or where alcatel server or free logs are etc . seems a great tool , would be just nice if i could use it fully.

Verify that phone is well installed as CDMA SAMSUNG MODEM and has no extensions like CDMA MODEM #2 or #3 or something, is this is problem, unistall your CDMA MODEMS and reinstall, be sure that it´s correct installed like "CDMA SAMSUNG MODEM" and try again unlocking it´d be ok then.

Please take a read at User´s Manual coz this "problems" and "solutions" are almost all explained there to prevent this delay since you ask till I post, take a read on the manual and if problem persists contact me.

I have same problem with Z720
cdma samsung modem is installed correctly, but can´t unlock 3 pcs of z720,
Phone info:

cable pin outs for specials such as com+usb or com+rj45 would be a great help as i cant seem to find them in suppliers lists
