Dear sirs,I haven't used for many times my box,I have now downloaded last software version,but i couldn connect any phone now,the strange message is that every time it says "You short power connector to ground, please check it." but the battery voltage is readed from the box,it says 22mv or 28mv it depends from battery.It is broken or maybe it is possoble to do something?

i think ur box has damaged ...better to send it to reseller
