hi there,
my box firmware shows this information
Box SN : 15xx
Firmware Version : 103
Firmware Build Info : 2306 17 February 2006 13:06:19
Hardware version : 1.1
Done.
but when i try to upgrade usung db 2.3 it gives this message

There are no new updates on server
or your device is already up to date
Done.
but latest firmware is 1.06 kindly guide me what to do.i have tried different pcs but same result

hi there,
my box is updated know,but when i triede to read any phone it gives this error

Error : You short power connector to ground,please check it
Warning : Battery voltage 0 mV
same result when phone is connected in any mode or connected only box box gives the same message as above

kindly tell me the sol

Hi, sherali!
Probably you have connected a power connector to ground. We recommend you to send back your box to reseller, if you have guarantee on your box.
