Red face Updating Box Firmware Failed

halo Mr Product Supporter,

i need help for my new DreamBox...

i have installed DBSS 2.3.3...then i want to update firmware

it's always says

--- Reading Box Info-----------------------------------------------------------
Box SN : 6xxx
Firmware Version : 0
Firmware Build Info : 2329 19 May 2006 15:00:02
Hardware version : 1.2
Done.

--- Updating Box Firmware------------------------------------------------------
Error: Server not found
Error : Failed.

is it because my internet connection bad or something else ??

please give me assistance....because i need to use my Dreambox soon as possible

it's been 4 day since i bought DreamBox....still can't use it...

Sir,
I am facing the same problem from past 4 days, unable to use box after purchase. I had Pm'd you my box sl no also. You sent a reply to try after a few hrs. But till now unable to Update box. Always Server not found. It is some problem connected to server and not the box. Please solve the problem at the earliest or I need to return the box to my reseller to go for difft support.

Please, run Read Box Info and then Update Box Firmware. Send to me by PM an information from logs and we will help you with update .

I THINK YOUR SERVER IS DOWN. PLEASE RECTIFY IT FIRST, THEN ASK DETAILS OF YOUR CUSTOMERS LOGS. ALREADY 6 DAYS SINCE I PURCHASED THE BOX, UNABLE TO USE IT SINCE IT IS NOT UPDATED WITH SERVER (WHICH I NOW DOUBT TO EXIST). VERY SORRY TO SAY, THE SUPPORT IS VERY BAD. I WAIT ONLY TODAY FOR YOUR SERVER. IF IT IS NOT GOING TO SOLVE OUR PROBLEM, I AM RETURNING THE BOX.

We have some hardware problem with the server, but we will fix it quickly. (We upgrade it now)
Try to update your box again tomorrow.
