Eub Bad Support Team

Hello! anybody there?.
For the past four days all the posts here are left unreplyed from eub team.
Please dose anyone know the right cable for unlocking z560 ?
I called jan farrell just for simple Q but all he could say is send me an email when they could not reply forum posts.
I spent almost ERU350 for this dongle only to found out that there is no support.

Hi Friend,

First read and search by forum before to said some things
You shoud to use service cable for Samsung V804 (connected by USB and COM Port together to the computer)

About the problem of connection please check the cable. The cable for unlock this model is the same of OT-2xx, but it´s a little more small the place for insert the cable. Please look your cable.

FIRST OF ALL, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WHICH WERE NOT POSSIBLE TO CONNECT AND ANSWER YOUR POSTS.
SECOND JUST WHEN I CONNECTED AGAIN THE FIRST THING I DID IS ANSWER ALL POST STARTING FOR THE OLDER.
THIRD YOU MUST NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT SUPPORT BECAUSE THE FIRST THING YOU MUST DO IS READ MANUAL AND NOT ASK THINGS EXPLAINED IN MANUAL, IF YOU HAD INVESTED YOUR TIME READING MANUAL AND LEARNING HOW TO USE EUB YOU´D HAVE NOT POSTED SUCH POSTS...

Man, I am not new in phone unlocking, I red your manual and quite sure I did everything on that manual rigth but progran could't connect phone(original z400 usb cable). Moreso , I could't access your support area .Atfer registration, I still got messeage that I am not authorise to view the resoures.

Please click on the LEFT TOP BUTTOM where says "DESCARGAS" and you´ll be able to enter support site, once registered.

That´s explained in EUb user´s manual...

support access problem solved but z560 unlock problem still remain unsolved even after uninstalling and reinstalling samsung usb driver.
I tryed with z400 original usb cable and still same problem. COM4(SAMSUNG CDMA MODEM).
Any other way to solve this problem ?

Well, one problem is solved... still thinking we´re bad support and still asking where are we? .... No need to answer...

About your second problem, have you tried with V804 Cable which comes with USB and RJ45 port? you have to connect both and this way yoou´ll be able to unlock.... this is how we do and never had problems.

Please report me results.
