hi every body
can any one tel me the way to make the gold card operate on all types of gsm phones by plying withe pic files

First all hardware you need are:
I. a Gold Wafer(16F84+64LC16) or
Sliver Wafer(16F876/877) card
II.A JDM Pic Wafer Card Programer (Ludipipo Programer)
You can make one by yourself with the picture in IC-Prog Web

III.A Phoenix SmartCard Programer
You can make one by yourself with the picture in Dex's Web

And you slao need these software
I.Pic Hex file and ext-eeprom Hex file
If you use sliver card you can use Dex's GSM a38 project
or simenu 3.0 (you can find lots informations at this forum)
You also can use KissMi_Ag&au.exe to creat hexfiles

For me i use simenu because I can select the SMS capacity
And simenu can use SMS to update KI & IMSI!!
The greatest is simenu4.0 will support lots useful STK function!!

II.If you do not use simenu , you also need pic loader
you need the loader to program ext-eeprom via ic-prog!!
gold card & sliver card has different loader!!

III.SIM extractor software to get KI & IMSI
you can use Dex's sim_scan or Cardinal v68
Sim_Scan 1.21 has better way to get the information
but I still can not use it even in DOS DPMI mode.

IV.Wafer card Programer IC-Prog
If you use Dex's GSM a38 project you do not need this!!
But it also mean you only can use Dex's own program!!

My Sliver Step by Step!!
E01.Use SIM_SCAN + Dex'a Smartcard Reader to get KI/IMSI
=>> Fail!!
PS Get error on open file par3.bin )

1.Use Cardinal v68 + Dex'a Smartcard Reader to get KI/IMSI
=>set connect com port and clock on settings
=>"smartcard>simeditor>sim>siminfo" to get imsi
=>"smartcard>simeditor>security>Find Key ki" to get KI

2.Use IC-Prog 1.40a + promethe JDM Programer
=>First IC-Prog need some setting adjustment as promethe web
=>Change the device to PICF877
=>Load simenu 3.0 PIC hex file
=>Write to card

3.USE IC-Prog 1.40a + wedzboyz Smartcard Programer
=>Change IC-Prog to smartcard mode!!
=>Change the device to 24LC64
=>Load Simenu 3.0 Ext-eeprom hex file
=>Writer to card

4.Now you can use simenu SMS function to enter ki&IMSI
or use ic-prog ti enter KI&IMSI
you can real the SIMenu english translate by ALF

I must say I'm new in sim clone!!
And I need to thanks for lots of people who ever help me!!
And thanks to every one who share the project free!!
I make my own programer and use free shareware.
These may not the fadtest method but is the cheapest way for me
In fact I do not need sim clone but just for interesting!!
After I know some people sell these project very espensive
I decide to reading sim clone project ( In taiwan it cost US$100)
I hope i can help other whi need these project!!
