Hi, philip derby!
You can get these warnings and errors in the different situations.

This warning means that you write flash with other IMEI than in a phone. Run Repair IMEI (Use IMEI from flash OTP).

In what situation do you get this warning? What do you do?
Probably you write wrong flash file to a phone.

There is wrong IMEI on a phone. With this IMEI a phone will not work. Run Repair IMEI (Use IMEI from flash OTP).

Probably problem is with a phone's flash. In this case, please, run Read Phone Info and post here logs from DBSS.

It means that operation was not completed to the end.
If you answer us:
- what do you do?
- what is model of a phone?
- what is versrion of DBSS?
- what is Access Mode?
or post logs from DBSS, we will tell you where is problem.

If we don't know all details of problem, we are not able to solve it . Good luck!

Problems With Flashing

I Don't Use Any Other Flash File Than The Dbff. I Was Using The 2.3 Till Recently You Introduce The 2.4. And Now To Your Answer.
1. Do You Mean What Do I Do. Well, I Am A Technician But I Decode Phones Now 2. Almost All The Phones I Have Flash, To Mention A 31, A 75, C 65. Third Question, I Was Using Testpoint Mode.

Please, write how do you use Test Point Access mode. What do you do and what do you see on the DBSS window?
We need more details about your problem. We can not tell you what do you do wrong, if we do not know what do you do at all.
