I try today flash EL71 with swup mode and I can't why ??

User selected phone E71 using Normal boot mode

Flash Params : 01 - 887E - FFFF
UP-SW Version : 1.0 ( 07.02.06 11:29:31 )
Phone Info : EL71 v41 ( 20.09.06 12:15:22 )

Transfering Firmware Data - Block 0 of 322 ...
Error : Failed.

I have always this.
Loading Flash File---------------------------------------------------------
User selected phone EL71 using Normal boot mode

Hello, wgmmmx!
Please, select right phone model (EL71) and load a firmware for EL71. You take a firmware for E71.
