Warning : Please, do not forget to remove SIM card!!!

Error : Failed.

Phone is new, no hardware problems.

Hello!
You can use Firmware Bug Manual boot mode.
1.Power on the phone
2.Connect phone to box
3.Click Read Info in General tab
4.Go to the application menus
5.Start SReader applet

I tryed many times Firmware Bug Manual boot mode but not work. I think is SReader problem (new vers sofware?). Please help me.

We need more info.
1) Phone model (use *#06#)
2) Phone firmware version (use *#06#)
3) DBSS version
4) Exact sequence, what you were doing (when you use Firmware Bug Manual)
In any case, you can use Format Bootcore mode for this phone.

On the phone I see exactly what I see in "Simulate Sim Card". I can acces menu>games>SReader>activate but not work.

Do you use phone battery? Please, check it, maybe it is discharged.
