alcatel 511 auto off and on back - GSM-Forum

the phone has been dropped and now when i try to make a call to check the balance, pressing the 1, 2, 4, 7 buttons sometimes auto off and auto on back????? what happen... itry to refolow the 3rd section near the sim card there... but no help

Have try to rehot all bga IC, but only 1 week the phone got normal, now have same problem.

u took out the steel plate to rehot it?

yes, it seems the first hardware problem for 511 apears:

I had this problem arround 3 days ago

i rehotted all the board, my phone working well
but it seems sometimes the problem appears again

but i think the solution is from the forth part, i mean near simcard part

i should work more on it

Hi,
It's a probleme of unlodred components, when you rehot the pcb you have rehot all but not with the same quantity an time. So to rehot all pcb as if you will sold all components from the begining.
