I am send BB5 ASK file to server, server take my 40 logs and nothing.
When i will receive the RPL file?

Answer:

BB5 calculation is not a real time operation like for DCT4 phones.
BB5 calculation need some time. Usually time is 24 hours, the maximum time to receive your RPL file is 72 hours.

How can i check it is my BB5 RPL file calculated?

Answer:

Please send same ASK file again to server and you will receive the answer.
Possible server messages descriptions:

accepted - ASK file is ok and server start to calculate it
pending - your file calculation is in progress, please try again latter
done - the RPL file calculation is done, the file is placed to same folder from where you send the ASK file
temporary unavailable - please try again for 1 hour

First please check your Inbox, Junk or Spam folder, then if login details is not there please send an email to activation@mt-box.org and include all details:

your email address (entered when you register on support site)
your mt box serial number (read it using MT box update tool)

Answer:

Connect any MT box model to USB --> Nokia 8-10 pin cable adapter --> UFS Samsung cable.

Please do not connect Samsung cable without Nokia 8-10 pin cable adapter, because you can damage 10 pin box cable connector.

To able help you faster and without a lot of sub questions please include all necessary details:

- Phone model
- Phone details read by press ??? button
- All text from software
- Phone software version
- Version of New ARM inside software you use
- File names you try to write to phone

I have problem with flash BB5 phones. Phone does not show "Local Mode" and when try to flash it the software said ''''Error booting''''.

Answer:

Maybe you have a problem with cable. Maybe you try to use not compatible cable (JAF, UFS or other box cable)
Please check on support Cables pinout section, there is a right MT box cable schemes.
Usually only need to replace a 3.3k resistor on BSI line (middle pin on phone battery connector) with 5.1k or 7.5k resistor and all will work fine.

I have MT-BOX Nokia and i want to test MT-BOX Siemens software, that's why I want to use my Siemens 5 trial credits. Can I use them with MT-BOX Nokia or need to have RED Siemens box?

Answer:

Yes you can try Siemens software using TRIAL try on any MT box model.
To try it you don't need to have the Siemens MT box, the only requirement is to have Siemens cable adapter with cables.

How to calculate BB5 ASK file?

Answer:

- Read ASK file using MTB NK 1.38 beta or newest version
- Save file
- Start GT acces 1.37
- Enter your Griffin server login details (need to have minimum 40 credits on account)
- Click check account
- Press send file button and point to previously saved ASK file
- If server give you message that file is accepted please wait about 15-20 minutes
- Your account is charged with 40 credits now
- To check it is file calculated or no please send same file again to server
- This time your account will NOT BE charged
- If RPL file is calculated server will give you message DONE
- The RPL file is placed to same folder from where you send it
- Start MTB NK software and write file to phone

Sometime RPL calculation cant be done for 24 hours, this depend of many things.
The maximum time to receive RPL file is 72 hours.
If you do not receive your RPL file please contact moderator GT911 by PM to check.


Please note:

Please do not post ASK on RPL files on the forum, it is not allowed.
The messages which contain ASK or RPL files will be deleted without any explanation and user account disabled.

Your account cant be used for BB5 ask2rpl operation because its for DCT4+ and ASIC11 Nokia only.
To use BB5 ask2rpl service you need to have full access account.

Answer:

That feature its FREE of charge.
To use it you need to have Griffin server account to able access.
Griffin server does not use any log from your account.
SX4 feature is unlimited for all MT box users, this mean you can use it 1000 times if you need without to pay any cent for that.

Use this way:

Download and install latest version of USB drivers :

Nokia_Connectivity_Cable_Driver_rel_6_83_9_0_eng.m si

Go to C:\Program Files\GriffinTeam\MT-Box\ and add to phoenix.ini file:

RM-208=NMP.Product.Menu.A.1

and

[RM-208]
Description=Nokia E65


Install:
RM-208_EMEA_v1.0_SW1.0633.18.01.exe

Start MTB NK 1.30 beta
Click to USB icon in MTB NK software
Connect and power on the phone to mini USB cable
Connect mini USB cable to PC
Please wait to drivers will be installed
Click to phone info
From list (Pcode) menu select your language region
The files will be automatically selected
Click to Flash button and please wait to software finish
